ICSA’s Structured Student Placement Program offers an immersive, hands-on learning experience embedded within real frontline and grassroots operations.
Students are integrated into culturally informed crisis response, complex case management, and community-engaged practice, gaining insight into domestic and family violence, men in crisis, and systemic intersections.
Guided by skilled supervision and reflective practice, our placements build practical capability and ethical readiness for work in complex, real-world settings.
